We are restructuring our Operations Team to strengthen collaboration between our sites in Aschersleben, Berlin and Friedeburg, and to further enhance the efficiency of our processes.

The Operations Team brings together the Executive Board, Technical Services and Production. At the helm is Ulrike Marczak, Head of Operations, supported by Jana Icke as Executive Assistant. Working across all sites, Mathias Stephan, Head of Technical Operations, Michael Siebert in Work Preparation, and Cindy Nierychlo in Production Planning & Optimisation ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflows. On site, the production teams are led by Antje Hlady in Aschersleben, Jacqueline Wundratsch in Berlin, and Henning Pfab in Friedeburg.

We launched the new team structure with a joint kick-off meeting – focusing on team spirit and mutual understanding. Building on this foundation, we are aligning our processes across all sites to a common standard. At the same time, we are strengthening internal communication and deepening collaboration between Aschersleben, Berlin and Friedeburg. In production, strict adherence to all regulatory requirements remains a key priority. We actively address the specific needs of each site – enabling targeted, direct support without detours.

In doing so, we are laying the foundation for the future: short decision-making paths, a strong cross-site team, and tangible progress in the circular economy.
