The day began with a fascinating tour of the Gut & Bösel farm. Our employees received detailed insights into the company’s innovative farming methods.
Gut & Bösel follows a system based on biodiversity, pasture grazing, and reforestation. The cows graze on fields that would otherwise be used to grow rye, spelt, wheat, or sunflowers. By using mobile fences and constantly moving the herd, the grass is evenly utilized, while the soil is optimally maintained. This sustainable method supports plant and root growth and contributes to carbon sequestration in the soil – an impressive example of environmental consciousness and resource conservation.
Culinary Delights and a Warm Atmosphere
After the informative tour, we enjoyed a delicious lunch that showcased the variety and quality of Gut & Bösel’s products. From juicy sausages and potatoes with herb quark to fresh salads – the food was a highlight of the day. The excellent catering continued with coffee and cake, followed by a speech from our board of directors, emphasizing the unity and values of our company.
Teambuilding and Entertainment
The afternoon offered further tours through the agricultural areas, agroforestry, and the tree nursery, along with ample opportunities for personal conversations and leisure activities. The cozy part of the day took place in the barn: with table tennis, games, and lively discussions, team spirit was further strengthened. The day ended with another exquisite dinner, perfectly rounding off the culinary experience.
