Buchhalter (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Berlin

Ihre Aufgaben 

  • Eigenständige Kontierung und Verbuchung sämtlicher laufender Geschäftsvorgänge in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Bankbuchhaltung sowie die Abstimmung der Konten
  • Verantwortung für den elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr
  • Abwicklung des Forderungsmanagements
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Zusammenfassenden Meldungen, AWV-Meldungen sowie Intrastat-Meldungen
  • Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Ansprechpartner für Banken, Finanzämter, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer 

Ihr Profil 

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Rechnungswesen/ Bilanzierung oder anerkannte Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Sehr gute Rechnungslegungskenntnisse (HGB) sowie fundierte steuerrechtliche Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie gutes Prozessverständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Zuverlässige und systematische Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level) und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
